liable for any communications or transactions with customers

We quitclaim any responsibility or liabilities once the visitor or shopper leaves This Site and is the responsibility of the direct merchant(s). While we select Featured Merchants sites based on our standards of quality, honesty, and integrity, we do not sell directly from this site and do not assume any legal responsibilities as a result of, or arising from, any transactions with the sites featured.

Reports of Abuse or Lack of Service.
While This Site does not take responsibility for the any purchase, claim, or transaction between visitors through This Site's portal, we are always interested in any reports of abuse or significant lack of promised service(s) by merchants, vendors, or retailers represented on This Site. General Site Use Information.

As with all websites, certain types of general information about a visitor's use is collected by This Site's server, as well as the Merchant's server, including but not limited to the number of times you have visited This Site, your IP address, cookies, etc. Because This Site has declined to engage in direct transactions, our access to general use information is limited to merchant name, products viewed, products purchased, purchase amount, purchase date. No information is passed on to This Site regarding the purchaser's name, address, phone, or financial information, such as credit cards or banking information.

We use blanked and non-identifying information to better design the Web Site for our visitors and to share with our affiliated advertisers and merchants so that they may do the same. For example, we may tell an advertiser that X number of individuals visited a certain area on the Web Site, but we do not have access to any information that could be used to identify specific individuals.

We select such vendors, advertisers, and merchants carefully, as such merchants select sites on which to allow their products to be displayed and accessed.
